Morgan’s is one of those rare restaurants that combines sensational views and outstanding food. Well worth the drive this summer, Morgan’s is hosting a feast for the senses with Chef Paul Wilson’s new Mexi-Cali Pop-Up available till mid-March 2023.

On the menu you’ll find inventive, fresh and fusion recipes from the revered food traditions of Mexico, California and Latin America. With a firm focus on Nixtamal (GF fermented corn) tortilla tacos, seasonal produce and bold flavours, the Mexi-Cali menu will feature at Morgan’s all summer long and includes a guacamole bar, icy cold margaritas and a menu of pristine seafood including robust Murray Cod, NZ storm clams, LA-style fish tacos and Poseidon Tostada.

Something of note – the menu includes a soft nod to his dear friend Anthony Bourdain with the ‘Bourdain Bone Marrow Taco’ – featuring cheek, tongue and brisket Puebla style.

Conclude your flavourful outing with the choice of Tequila and coffee flan or sweet corn ice-cream and popcorn sundae or Churros tacos with salted caramel.
