If you, like us, are finding it hard to fathom the level of suffering and devastation being felt by so many in the Northern Rivers community and looking for ways to show your support, the team at Polperro will be hosting a heart-opening immersion to raise funds for NSW Flood Relief.
Kindly led by We Are Sacred, guests will be guided through a heart-opening yoga flow and live immersive sound healing experience that will take you on a journey through body, mind and soul.
This two-hour heart-expanding experience will leave you feeling blissfully rested and rejuvenated, with a deeper connection to your community and inner self.
