In celebration of seven years, Jackalope has curated a stimulating culinary program featuring seven experiences in partnership with some of Melbourne’s most desired and renowned chefs and restaurateurs.

Having commenced the calendar with the sold-out alchemy dining experience in April, Jackalope is now set to host award-winning chef Julian Hills and his team from Navi.

The collaboration will combine rigorous European techniques with native Australian ingredients, bringing to life a curated tasting menu brimming with creative touches and signature flavours.

Guests will enjoy this one-off culinary experience whilst dining under the hypnotic 10,000 globe chandelier within the hotel's hatted restaurant, Doot Doot Doot. Bookings are now open, with limited seats available.
