Over two weekends in November, the multi-disciplinary artists of the Peninsula Studio Trail are opening their private working studios to the public.
This is a rare opportunity to meet the makers, see works in progress, hear about their inspiration, and get a glimpse behind the scenes as to how their artworks are created. Entry is free, with work available for purchase directly from the artists themselves.
Peninsula Studio Trail is an artist-run, not-for-profit organisation that supports and promotes individual artists living and working on the Mornington Peninsula.
The collective includes a diverse group of talented artists from various disciplines, including painters, sculptors, ceramicists, printmakers, textile designers and photographers.
Their artist studios are dotted along the Mornington Peninsula, from Frankston South to Sorrento. You can find a full list of open studios – and an interactive map to plan your journey – via the Peninsula Studio Trail website.
