Paringa Estate may be another winery in a burgeoning Mornington Peninsula region, but there is a tangible connection between the people and the wine they make. From Owner Lindsay’s dream family home – that now overlooks his sprawling ten-acre property – to the new floor-to-ceiling windows that reveal a rustic engine room.

McCall has come a long way from dairy farming with “a bleak future”, to pressing award-winning wine. Recent renovations indicate pride in hard-earned acclamation, with a striking façade – a tip of the cap to Le Courbusier and European grandeur – and an opulent entrance welcoming diners and cellar door tasters to Paringa’s humble and intimate environment.

Join Lindsay at Paringa Estate for a very special evening to celebrate the much anticipated release of the 2018 The Paringa Pinot Noir - recently awarded 97 Points by James Halliday.

This 'Single Vineyard' pinot noir comes from a few rows of their oldest vines in the estate vineyard, which are now over 30 years old. It is the quintessential expression of their unique site in Red Hill South. 2018 was an outstanding vintage. Yields were generous, and all the varieties are of exceptional quality.

Head Chef Joel Alderson has designed a three course menu for the evening, paired with Paringa wines to match of course.
