As the cold weather sets in, the team at Barmah Park are coming together with the local legends at Chief’s Son Distillery for a special celebration of whisky and winter produce.
You can start the night with a delicious whisky cocktail, before settling into the restaurant for a four course menu matched with selected single malt whiskies.
The head distiller will be on hand to talk you through the line-up, which will be paired with a seasonal menu featuring wood-grilled pineapple, preserved apricot, malt caramel, roast almond, and truffle ice cream. Diners will also have the opportunity to purchase a limited edition bottle to take home and enjoy at the end of the evening.
Tickets are available via the Barmah Park website for $165pp, with limited spots available. We'd recommend booking in ASAP to secure your seat.
